Calorie burner calculator

Keeping active isn't just good for losing weight. It improves how you feel generally and could also help you to better manage any medical problems you may be experiencing.

The UK Department of Health recommends a daily calorie intake of 1940 calories per day for women and 2550 for men. If you're eating more than these recommended amounts or you need to lose a bit of weight, a little gentle exercise or even simple everyday activities could help you burn calories and reap the same rewards as you would from more extensive activities.

Although the number of calories that you burn during an activity is dependent on your weight, the type of activity, and how long you exercise for, our calorie counter will help you work out how many calories you could burn during different types of activity.
