Hi, I'm Caroline Sandry and I'm the fitness and healthy lifestyle expert for Pfizer life. My role is to show exercise is an important component of a healthy lifestyle for everyone.
The human body is amazing and the more I learn about it, the more I love and respect it. I have always been passionate about fitness and have spent the last decade motivating others as a Personal Trainer, Pilates and Yoga Teacher. I've written two books about fitness and have written and starred in ten exercise DVDs.
As a young girl growing up in the countryside, horse riding and cycling made me happy and nowadays I still rely on exercise to keep my mind clear and my body young. As well as training with my clients, I love to walk or run through the park and then stretch out with some Yoga moves. Being active means I don't have to worry about my weight, I sleep like a log and I have bundles of energy.
I'm passionate about helping other people feel the way that I do and I look forward to helping you make activity a part of your life too.
